(“Airobotics”) and Sky Go Transport of Items L.L.C (“SkyGo”), a UAE-based firm with business license to offer unmanned aerial transport of products and companies throughout the town of Abu Dhabi, have signed a Time period Sheet for Joint Enterprise (the “SkyGo JV”) to offer aerial drone companies to the town of Abu Dhabi. As part of the partnership, Airobotics, topic to the finalization of required formalities, has obtained an preliminary multi-system buy order for $3.5 million from SkyGo.
