As we beforehand shared, Eleving Group has began the method of integrating EC Finance Group Ltd., higher generally known as ExpressCredit, into its direct subsidiary AS Eleving Finance. ExpressCredit is a shopper finance supplier working within the Southern African area. On account of the transaction, Eleving Group is taking up ExpressCredit’s belongings, subsidiaries, and shopper portfolio, and is growing Eleving Group’s fairness.
In July, Eleving Group organized a Q&A session for Mintos traders. We requested traders to submit questions by 26 July 2023. After these questions have been submitted, Eleving Group’s CFO and CEO printed a video with solutions to the ten hottest questions traders had. Questions ranged from Eleving Teams’ efficiency within the first 6 months of 2023, to Eleving Group’s future plans and extra.
