[Guild Education in Forbes] Employers serving to workers make profession progress can fight quiet quitting

The numbers of workers quitting jobs—or “quiet quitting”—continues to draw headlines.

However new analysis from Guild’s “American Employee Survey” means that these are signs of a better downside: American employees don’t see alternatives to make progress with their present employers and of their current roles.
